EPRI’s Information and communications Technology program (P161) promotes innovation by identifying, evaluating, and applying emerging Information, operational and communication technologies for grid modernization, digital transformation and ubiquitous connectivity. The research aims to identify, define, test and demonstrate innovative uses of DER, AMI, Telecoms and GIS technologies, accelerating their integration with other systems while optimizing the use of data they create and exchange.
